I started flipping burgers at a local diner when I was 15, and I’ve spent the last 21 years on the line learning what great kitchens can teach you. I earned my degree at Johnson & Wales, and I’ve continued building my craft through fast-paced, high-standard environments.

I rarely cook from recipes—I cook by feel and technique, always focused on what highlights the ingredients. I source produce and proteins myself from markets, local farms, and producers I trust, then tailor everything to your rules: dietary needs, nostalgic favorites, or a random craving.
