I trained at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I’ve spent years sharpening my skills in dynamic kitchens where consistency, timing, and technique matter.
I keep it fun, and I never stop improving
I believe cooking should stay fun. I keep learning, keep improving, and protect that excitement—because it’s how I keep creating meals that genuinely make people smile.
